1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns within [7] days of purchase, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items (e.g., clearance, personalized) are non-refundable.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • A restocking fee of [7] % may apply to cover processing costs.
  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued as store credit by default to encourage future purchases.
